In this project in Rosemont–La Petite-Patrie, we installed a Fujitsu AIRSTAGE R32 multi-zone heat pump on the flat roof of a residential building. Elevated support for snow and drainage
The unit is mounted on a raised aluminum support , itself resting on supports that distribute the load across the roof membrane. Visually, one can distinguish:

pieces of wood used to distribute the weight and stabilize the whole structure.
This configuration allows you to:

From the roof, insulated refrigeration pipes descend to the indoor units, following discreet routes to maintain the building's aesthetics. The work includes:

the pulling of R32 refrigerant lines with the diameters recommended by Fujitsu;

adequate pipe insulation to limit energy loss;
-
communication and power cabling that complies with the electrical standards in force in Quebec;

managing condensation drainage to prevent any water accumulation on the roof.
