Several licences at once. A heat pump or air conditioner involves three trades: ventilation (15.8: indoor unit, ducts and connection to the air system), refrigeration (15.10: refrigerant circuit) and electrical (16: power supply and electrical components). According to the RBQ, a unit that heats and cools requires 15.8 and 15.10 together. No. Our offices are open Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. You can send your request any time; it is handled during our business hours.
A service call includes a travel fee and labour time at current rates, confirmed when the visit is scheduled. Before any work starts, we always send you a final offer.
AirGreen customers covered by a labour warranty get priority. A travel fee applies to each visit. If no defect is found, the visit is billed as a regular service call.
No. Cleaning and maintenance are not covered by any warranty. A visibly dirty unit or a clogged drain falls under maintenance.
No. We service electric furnaces. For gas, oil, boilers and plumbing, call a contractor who holds the right RBQ licence.
