Straight answers to the questions we get before every repair.
Yes. Our technicians work on a wide range of brands, installed by us or by another company. If parts for your brand can’t be found, we tell you before we come out.
Often, yes. Write the brand and model in your request. Some brands are out of reach because parts aren’t available: if so, we tell you before we come out.
The travel fee and current rate are confirmed when the visit is scheduled. On site, the technician diagnoses the problem and sends you a final quote before starting: you decide before the repair begins.
A part or operating defect on an AirGreen installation under labour warranty is covered case by case, and you get priority. The travel fee applies to every visit, even under warranty.
No. Cleaning, filters and a drain clogged by dirt are not covered by any warranty. If a cleaning solves the issue, the visit is billed as a cleaning.
Yes, an R-22 unit already installed can legally keep running. R-22 can no longer be imported into Canada as a refrigerant: servicing uses Canadian stock imported before January 1, 2020, or recovered and reclaimed R-22. The technician walks you through the options.
It depends on the age, the type of breakdown and how often it breaks down. The technician gives you the final repair quote. If replacement is worth comparing, ask for an estimate alongside it.
No. Gas or oil furnaces, boilers and plumbing fall under CMMTQ licences (15.1 to 15.5), which we don’t hold. We repair electric furnaces.
No. The offices answer Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A request sent in the evening or on the weekend is handled when we’re back.
