The occupants wanted 4-season comfort for the main living area, without encroaching on the balcony space or the driveway. We favored a Fujitsu R-32 single-zone system for its energy efficiency , reliable operation in cold weather and acoustic discretion. The outdoor unit is installed at railing height, on the courtyard side, which facilitates safe access while limiting exposure to snow impacts.
