Project background
Our client was looking to improve the comfort of their upper-floor home, where the summer heat was becoming difficult to bear and conventional electric heating was proving energy-intensive. The goal: a quiet, efficient system capable of reducing energy bills while ensuring consistent comfort, summer and winter.

Installation process
Our technicians carefully positioned the indoor unit at the top of the stairs, a strategic location that promotes airflow to the bedrooms and living room. This configuration maximizes comfort without requiring multiple wall-mounted units.

Drilling and wall crossing : The installation required a discreet drilling to the outside, directly connected to the outdoor condenser.

Routing of wiring and refrigerant pipes : We used white capping to match the color of the walls, for an aesthetic and clean finish.

Condensate management : The system operates by gravity, which avoids the need for an additional pump and reduces the risk of future maintenance.

Finishing and testing : Each connection was checked, then the unit was pressurized to ensure a perfect seal.
Constraints encountered and solutions provided

Limited space : The narrow corridor required a high installation. We adapted the mounting to ensure good air circulation without hindering circulation.

Exterior Routing : The conduit outlet has been aligned to reduce pipe length, thus optimizing the energy efficiency of the system.
Results obtained
Upon commissioning, the customer noticed a significant improvement in comfort. The Gree heat pump provides rapid cooling in summer and stable heating during cold winter days. The almost inaudible noise of the indoor unit is an additional benefit for a peaceful environment.
