Technical details of the installation
Outdoor positioning and wall brackets
The outdoor compressor is securely mounted on reinforced wall brackets , slightly raised to protect the unit from moisture and ground debris. This choice also prevents the snow accumulations common in Montreal, ensuring optimal performance all year round.
Drilling and capping
A discreet opening connects the indoor unit to the outdoor compressor. The refrigeration pipes and electrical wiring are carefully concealed under a white capping that matches the facade, ensuring both protection and aesthetics.
Condensate management
Thanks to the layout of the house, it was possible to favor gravity evacuation of condensates , avoiding the installation of an additional pump and thus reducing costs and risks of future maintenance.
