The project involved a typical Montreal brick residential building with stacked units. The challenge was to install three Sharp Eco Inverter outdoor units without altering the aesthetics of the facade or obstructing access to the basement. Thanks to our galvanized wall brackets , carefully white-coated conduits , and a perfectly aligned layout, we achieved a solid, discreet, and durable installation, in line with the borough's urban requirements.

Technical installation details
Our technicians mounted the unit on reinforced brackets approximately 80 cm from the ground to ensure good air circulation and prevent snow build-up.
The refrigeration lines and communication wires have been grouped together in a covered cable tray , guaranteeing a clean aesthetic and optimal protection against bad weather.
Condensate drainage is ensured by gravity , avoiding the use of a lifting pump and simplifying future maintenance.
Each condenser has been vacuum tested and checked using an electronic detector to ensure perfect sealing before the refrigerant is put into service. This rigor is essential to maintain the performance and longevity of the unit.
Rapid and planned implementation
The project was completed in a single working day , thanks to rigorous planning and coordination of our team. A double-section ladder made it possible to secure access to the high-level drillings.
We have taken care to preserve the integrity of the masonry and to use specific anchors for concrete and brick walls , ensuring a lasting fixing without cracking.
