1. Site inspection
Our team carried out a complete inspection of the balcony, taking into account regulatory clearances, the feasibility of routing the piping, and the optimal orientation to prevent hot air from being directed toward neighboring units.
2. Custom elevated support
To avoid direct contact with the balcony floor and allow proper drainage, we built a custom anti-corrosion metal support. This also protects the unit from snow accumulation during the winter.
3. Pipe routing
We drilled the exterior wall with precision, without damaging the interior finish of the home, and sealed the piping path to avoid heat loss or any air or moisture infiltration.
4. Electrical connection and commissioning
Our certified electrician completed the full electrical connection in compliance with safety standards, followed by a complete commissioning of the unit: pressure checks, performance testing, and remote control calibration.
