We protected the walls and nearby decorative elements—including picture frames and light fixtures—using waterproof tarpaulins and protective covers. The device was then switched off before any dismantling.
2. Partial dismantling and inspection
The filters , directional flaps , and top cover were removed. This allowed us direct access to the evaporator , spiral fan , and condensate tray , which are often overlooked during surface maintenance.
3. Deep cleaning

Gently brush the aluminum fins to remove any traces of dust and grease;

4. Disinfection and rinsing
An antibacterial solution was sprayed on the evaporator and fan to eliminate any presence of microscopic mold and to sanitize the air being circulated.
5. Drying, reassembly and performance testing
Once each component was completely dry, we proceeded with the full reassembly of the air conditioner and a functional test : the airflow was once again smooth, quiet, and constant. The customer immediately felt a noticeable difference in coolness and comfort .
