Air Green installed a heat pump at my house and they did a fantastic job. The process was smooth, from the first visit, to the estimate, to the installation. Their installers were very efficient and they worked late to get everything done in one day. They offered a good selection of heat pumps in different price ranges, and I am very happy with the one that I got.

I got a new heat pumps installed in a condo. Service is great, very clear price comperation provided between different models. Professional technicians who got the job done earlier than expected 👍🏻

Airgreen, une compagnie très efficace avec une offre abondante de produits. Pour moi, Airgreen a répondu à la demande d'une thermopompe murale fonctionnant avec un réfrigérant ayant un impact plus faible sur l'environnement. Aussi, l'installation fût d'une très grande compétence, et les prix sont très compétitifs. Remerciements à Airgreen.

Selon les échange-courriels que j'ai eus avec l'entreprise, notamment avec Sebastiàn, le service à la clientèle m'est apparu très professionnel et de haute qualité mais ça peut prendre quelques tentatives pour réussir à parler à la bonne personne... On vous donne l'heure juste et on ne vous fera pas rêver à des choses qui n'arriveront pas. À titre d'exemple, si le service 24/7 ne fait pas partie de l'offre de services que l'entreprise peut offrir en Avril 2025, on va vous le dire! On sent de l'honnêteté et ça fait du bien dans l'Industrie de la thermopompe où parfois, il y a un peu du "n'importe quoi"! Bien qu'il n'a pas été possible pour moi de parler à un spécialiste technique de mes besoins très spécifiques car les techniciens sont sur la route, les échanges par courriel sont d'une qualité exemplaire. Si leurs services techniques d'installation et de maintenance se comparent à leurs service-clientèle de ventes, ils méritent très certainement 5 étoiles. En espérant qu'ils pourront éventuellement développer leurs services d'installation et de support pour les chauffe-eau Stiebel-Eltron sans réservoir (proposés sur leur Site WEB en Avril 2025) et de conception allemande! Je crois que ces équipements auraient intérêt à être pris en charge au Québec par une entreprise comme Airgreen. Le cas échéant, je deviendrais peut-être leur client mais considérant le niveau de criticité d'un chauffe-eau p/r à une thermopompe, l'entreprise devra considérer la nécessité d'offrir un service 24/7 si elle désire développer ce segment du marché!
