Nestled within its compact unit dimensions of 56 x 42.5 x 23 inches and weighing 565 lbs, the SECARR SDA SDAF-060 is built to excel. It presents a potent air flow capacity of 1280 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute) with an external static pressure of 0.5 inches. This dehumidifier effectively extracts from 5.5 lbs/hr to an impressive 26.5 lbs/hr of moisture from the surrounding environment, thereby providing an efficient solution to maintain optimal humidity levels.

Exceptional Standard Features & Available Options

The SDA SDAF-060 is loaded with advanced features that ensure effective and reliable dehumidification. It comes equipped with a partial reheat coil, a scroll compressor, an EC plenum fan, a 24V terminal strip, high and low-pressure switches and access ports, thermostatic expansion valves, epoxy fin coils, and a 2" MERV 8 filter. These features, combined with a pre-painted G90 galvanized casing and 1/2" insulation, work together to provide dependable and efficient performance.

To cater to specific needs, the SDA SDAF-060 also offers several optional enhancements. These include a full reheat coil, Aqua Aero coated coils, copper fin coils, compressor sound cover, and digital controls with BACnet. Users can choose between air or water-cooled air conditioning depending on their requirements. Additionally, you can opt for enhanced air filtration with 2" MERV 11 or 13 filters.

The SDA SDAF-060 is constructed with high-quality pre-painted 20-gauge galvanized sheet metal. It showcases remarkable durability and robustness, ensuring long-term performance. Superior Evaporator & Piping Design

The SECARR SDA SDAF-060 strictly adheres to BOCA codes for corrosion resistance coating and joints and connections standards. It utilizes copper type "L" pipes that are vinyl-coated to prevent corrosion. The evaporator features a 3/8-inch OD seamless copper tubing mechanically expanded into plate type aluminum corrugated fins, ensuring high heat transfer and superior performance. The evaporator, designed with a depth of at least four rows, provides maximum moisture removal capacity with an air velocity not exceeding 300 FPM.

Exceptional Condenser Design

The SDA SDAF-060 comes equipped with a meticulously designed condenser or air reheat coil. It is designed with a depth of at least four rows and a maximum of 12 fins per inch. Like the evaporator, it uses a 3/8-inch OD seamless copper tubing mechanically expanded into plate type aluminum corrugated fins for efficient heat transfer. The condenser features hydrophilic properties (EPOXY COAT) offering superior corrosion protection and enhancing the unit's performance.

Comprehensive Control Features

At the heart of the SDA SDAF-060 is its advanced control panel, offering easy navigation and tracking of the dehumidifier's features. The control panel also houses the optional solid-state fully programmable controller with integrated ethernet interfaces for the BACnet communication protocol. This function allows users to fully monitor the unit under all conditions and adjust set points either on the controller or via the Building Management System (BMS).
