The X30HRV delivers 252 cfm at 0.4 in, versus 244 cfm for the X30ERV, 227 cfm for the X24HRV and 210 cfm for the X24ERV, in the same cabinet. Venmar aims it at mid-size to large homes.
CommercialAllowed in light commercial (NBC Part 9)
The guide also allows installation in offices and shops of 3 storeys or less and no more than 600 m², under Part 9 of the National Building Code. The sheet calls it fit for some light commercial uses thanks to its high fresh air supply.

In cold weather, a motorized damper closes the outdoor air intake and recirculates indoor air through the core to thaw it.
