Repair of a Zephyr wall-mounted heat pump in Sainte-Thérèse

A service call for a noisy and underperforming outdoor unit

  3. Leak detection using a fluorescent tracer: the leak came from a slightly cracked flare fitting .

  4. Repair of the connection and refrigerant filling according to the specifications of the Zephyr manufacturer.

  5. Replacement of anti-vibration silent blocks , in order to eliminate any mechanical resonance.

  6. Readjustment of the wall bracket to ensure better weight distribution.

Results after intervention

After this work, the Zephyr heat pump returned to smooth and quiet operation . The indoor temperature quickly stabilized, and the customer noted a noticeable reduction in outside noise as well as improved system responsiveness .

We completed the intervention with a complete check of the air flow , the electrical current consumed and the blowing temperature , confirming that all the parameters had returned to factory standards.
