2. High-efficiency heat pumps + caulking (combined option)

This is a combined measure eligible for a higher subsidy , but reserved only for single-family, semi-detached or row houses , and under certain conditions.

Additional eligibility criteria :

• Only a high-efficiency heat pump can be installed (it must be on the list of high-efficiency heat pumps in the LogisVert program).

• Complete caulking work must be carried out on all of the following openings:

  • windows

  • exterior doors

  • patio doors

  • attic hatches

  • kitchen hoods

  • bathroom fans

  • electrical outlets
