Certification number of a complete system (outdoor + indoor). It is what Hydro-Québec looks up in its list.

ENERGY STAR test point. The output measured there is used for the LogisVert calculation.
Cold climate
ENERGY STAR mention that raises LogisVert from $50 to $120 per 1,000 BTU/h.
SEER2

Your questions about TOSOT
What is the TOSOT warranty?
TOSOT Supplies states 10 years on the compressor and 10 years on other parts, for equipment sold by TOSOT Supplies, installed by a licensed professional, in residential use, through its preferred dealers.
Is labour covered by the TOSOT warranty?
TOSOT’s warranty page does not mention labour. The conditions that apply are stated in the quotation.
How much does LogisVert give for a TOSOT wall unit?
According to Hydro-Québec’s list of October 7, 2026, from $1,164 (Charmo 19, 12,000 BTU/h) to $3,336 (Pular 25, 36,000 BTU/h) for the TOSOT wall units on our pages. Each model’s amount is in section 02.
Why does a 9,000 BTU/h unit get no grant?
The LogisVert guide requires an outdoor unit of at least 12,000 nominal cooling BTU/h.
Are the APEX R-410A centrals eligible for LogisVert?
The AHRI numbers on our APEX R-410A pages are not on Hydro-Québec’s list of October 7, 2026, so the amount is on quotation. The four APEX R-32 centrals are listed.
Down to what temperature does a TOSOT heat?
According to TOSOT: -30 °C for the Pular 25, the Lomo 38 (our LomoPlus UltraHeat) and the UNIX 18 central (our APEX R-410A), -35 °C for the Multi Ultra, -20 °C for the 12,000 BTU/h Charmo 19.
Lomo 23 or LomoPlus UltraHeat: what is the difference?
At 12,000 BTU/h, TOSOT’s Lomo 23 submittal states SEER 22 and -20 °C; the LomoPlus UltraHeat (Lomo 38) states SEER 30.5 and -30 °C. Only the LomoPlus UltraHeat is on Hydro-Québec’s list.
How many zones on a TOSOT multi-zone?
Our pages offer 2 to 5 zones depending on the compressor. TOSOT states 4 zones at most for the TM36H5O outdoor unit.
Is Wi-Fi included?
According to TOSOT: built in on the Pular 25 and Lomo 38, included on the Charmo 19; the 12,000 BTU/h Lomo 23 is “ready” with a kit sold separately. For other series, it is stated in the quotation.
How long do I have to apply for LogisVert?
Nine months after installation, according to guide v1.10. The tool in section 05 calculates your deadline.
