Three things the sheets say

All electric, no gas

TOSOT presents its packaged unit as an all-electric heat pump, no gas, heating down to -30 °C; backup, if wanted, is a 5 to 20 kW electric kit.

One terminal for leaks, one for fresh air

The thermostat terminal strip has an L terminal for refrigerant leak detection and an OCC terminal for fresh-air control.

The “5-ton” gives 56,000 BTU/h

The 5-ton sheet is titled 60,000 BTU, but TOSOT and ENERGY STAR rate it at 56,000 BTU/h in cooling; the 4-ton, at 47,000.
