Machine Overview
We installed a Tosot Lomo 23 heat pump with a capacity of 24,000 BTU. This unit qualifies for a provincial rebate of $730, a great saving for the owner! But that’s not all—the Lomo 23 boasts many impressive features:

A Complex Installation, a Skilled Team
This was a new installation. It was important to install the indoor unit in the living room so that the entire first floor would have access to heating and cooling, which would be evenly distributed throughout each room. To install the unit in the living room, we had to go through the kitchen.
The client wanted to see as few pipes and electrical wires as possible. We therefore called on our team of plasterers after the installation to do a fine finishing job, adding drywall and paint.
The water drain situation was the most complex part. We had to go through several rooms, and the only option was to add a drainage pump. We always try to avoid adding drainage pumps, but when the situation requires it, we always install pumps of the highest quality to minimize the risk of water leaks. A drainage pump is the last place where we can save money! The client was very happy with the installation.
