Key steps in the installation in Saint-Lambert

Step 1: Site evaluation
Our technicians visited the site to assess installation constraints. The concrete ceiling and absence of a drop ceiling quickly led us to the floor-ceiling solution.
Step 2: Choosing the optimal location
We proposed a high-wall installation on the most open lateral wall, allowing the air to circulate optimally throughout the room, without any obstruction.
Step 3: Drilling and conduit routing
We drilled a passage to run the refrigerant lines to the outdoor unit, which was placed on a concrete slab at the back of the house, with acoustic insulation to minimize noise.
Step 4: Electrical connection and system startup
After installing a dedicated breaker in the electrical panel, our team performed all startup tests, including airflow calibration and leak tests on the refrigeration circuit.
Step 5: Customer training
As with every installation, we trained the customer on how to use their smart remote, explaining all operation modes (heating, cooling, dehumidification, auto), as well as the energy-saving features.
