The repair took place in several technical stages:
1. Degassing and recovery of refrigerant
In accordance with current environmental standards, the residual refrigerant was recovered in a certified cylinder to avoid any emissions into the atmosphere.
2. Repairing the leak
The defective section was unsoldered and then re-soldered with a high-temperature alloy suitable for copper pipes. A new nitrogen leak test then confirmed the perfect integrity of the circuit.
3. Draining and dehumidifying the circuit

4. System recharge
