Our intervention was targeted to address the real causes without unnecessarily replacing the entire equipment.

Technical cleaning of the outdoor coil

We carefully cleaned the outdoor coil to restore proper heat exchange. The cleaning was done while respecting the fins, without crushing them, and ensuring that water and debris could drain properly.

After cleaning, the fan was able to move air more freely through the condenser. This simple element already improved the unit's performance, but it was not enough on its own to fix the intermittent shutdowns.

We also checked the unit’s support points on its wall mount. The silent blocks were still functional, but we adjusted the contact points to reduce vibration at startup. This type of correction helps preserve connections and improves acoustic comfort inside.

Final result: a Haier heat pump that is more stable, more efficient, and better protected

After the repair, we restarted the heat pump and observed several complete cycles. The indoor unit responded normally, the outdoor unit stayed active without premature shutdown, the fan operated more steadily, and the temperature difference improved.

The client noticed a clear difference: the heat pump no longer started only to shut off a few minutes later. In cooling mode, the blown air was colder and more consistent.
