Challenges and solutions on the construction site
As is often the case with homes built decades ago in LaSalle, we encountered fragile wall plaster. To prevent further cracking during drilling, we used specialized drill bits and sealed the pipe passages with a high-performance sealant. This ensures optimal insulation and increased durability, even in the face of the freeze-thaw cycles typical of Montreal's climate.
