The challenges of installation in an urban context

Wiring and pipework : the refrigerant and electrical connections have been carefully concealed in grey capping matching the brick facade , ensuring a discreet finish.
The technical route of the installation

Location : assessment of the balcony, the load-bearing brick wall and access to the electrical panel.

Fixing : installation of the support plate suitable for a concrete balcony floor.

Piercing : crossing the brick wall with a sealed and insulated piercing.

Capping : installation of gray conduits to protect the pipes and preserve the aesthetics.

Electrical connections : secure connection to the panel via a waterproof external box.

Commissioning : pressure tests, vacuuming, then calibration of the system to ensure optimal performance.
