Gree wall-mounted heat pump installation in Chomedey, Laval

For this project in Chomedey, Laval , our clients, the co-owners, wanted to modernize the comfort of their upstairs condo while respecting the constraints of a high balcony and the condominium rules. We proposed the installation of a Gree Pular wall-mounted heat pump , a compact, quiet, and highly efficient system for condo-type units.

  • Load distribution on the slab : the feet of the support are equipped with pads and suitable fixings to distribute the weight without damaging the surface of the balcony.

  • Respect for guardrails and passage : the unit is positioned against the brick, at an adequate distance from the guardrail, leaving a comfortable passage for occupants and allowing for simple maintenance.

  • Condensate and duct management : Refrigerant lines and the condensate drain pass through the brick wall to the interior, with a clean, sealed, and insulated penetration. Everything is carefully capped to protect the pipes and maintain the aesthetics.

Performance and comfort in the Laval climate
