Pro1 · 24 V thermostatsThe Pro1 and PROsync space at AirGreenPro1 Wi-Fi thermostats and the PROsync wireless system, sold and installed by AirGreen in Montreal, Laval, Longueuil, the South Shore and the North Shore.
Pro1 makes 24 V thermostats for furnaces, central air conditioners and central heat pumps. Its PROsync wireless system (T755WHO + equipment module, R751WO remotes) runs the house on the right room at the right time, and its four Wi-Fi models are ENERGY STAR certified (list of Oct. 13, 2026).
An example you set yourself. The logic comes from Pro1’s PROsync brochure (rev. 2346).

01 · The lineup
Two families that do not mix
The four Pro1 Wi-Fi models are run from the PRO1 Connect app. The PROsync system talks over 916 MHz radio, with no Wi-Fi and no app. PROsync wireless sensors pair only with the T755WHO.
Pro1 designs the thermostats and the PROsync wireless system. AirGreen looks at your equipment and your wires, then installs the model that fits. Each does what it does best.

The result: the right Pro1 thermostat for your equipment, chosen with you.
The equipment module is wired at the furnace or air handler; the thermostat and remotes talk to it by radio. Pro1 states a range of several hundred feet indoors and over 1,000 ft line of sight (manual 2321).
IncludedT755WHO
The wall thermostat. 2H/2C conventional, 4H/2C heat pump, separate O and B terminals, H and D for humidity. C wire or 2 AA batteries.
IncludedEquipment module
Wired at the equipment (R and C at 24 V). Not weatherproof: indoors, below 150 °F (65 °C).
Sold separatelyR751WO
Remote with a screen for each room. You name it (kitchen, bedroom…). 2 AA batteries included or 24 V.
Sold separatelyR250W
Wireless outdoor sensor, −40 to 60 °C. Adds balance point, backup cut-in/out and free cooling to the T755WHO.
System averaging
Every room counts: the system runs on the average. A change made at a remote puts that room in charge for four hours.
Scheduling
For each period you pick the room in control: kitchen in the morning, office by day, living room at night, bedroom overnight (Pro1’s example).
Occupancy
Each remote that senses someone starts a timer; only rooms with an active timer count in the average. Duration 30 min to 12 h, three sensitivity levels.
Maximum number of remotes per system: not stated in the Pro1 documents read on October 14, 2026 (on quotation).
04 · Dual energy and outdoor sensor
Two different decisions, not to be confused
On Hydro-Québec rate DT, the switch to fuel happens below −12 °C or −15 °C depending on the zone, through an automatic switching device tied to a sensor supplied and installed by Hydro-Québec. A Pro1 thermostat’s balance point is a thermostat setting: it does not replace Hydro-Québec’s sensor.
Rate DT (Hydro-Québec sensor and switch)
Pro1 thermostat (balance point)
−30 °C−20 °C−10 °C0 °C10 °C
At −10 °C: electricity on rate DT; below the balance point, the thermostat locks out the heat pump and powers the backup only (W2).
Orange = fuel or backup, blue = electricity or heat pump. Balance point: 10 to 50 °F, a T755WHO setting with the R250W sensor (manual 2321). The two sources must not run at the same time on rate DT. Sources: Electricity Rates as of April 1, 2026, art. 2.31; “Rate DT – how it works” page.

06 · Manufacturer warranty
The Pro1 warranty, conditions included
What Pro1’s documents say, nothing added.
Pro1’s manuals state a 5-year limited warranty. The warranty policy (modified July 15, 2025) adds:
2 or 5 years by model from installation, or 3 to 6 years from manufacture, whichever comes first;
it covers the contractor who bought from a wholesaler, not the homeowner directly;
part replaced or credited; labour and batteries excluded;
products bought outside the authorized network (Diversitech or authorized retailer) excluded.
When does the warranty start?
From installation
Per Pro1’s manuals, a unit registered within 60 days of installation is covered from that date.
Term by model on Pro1’s pages: 5 years for T701i, T721i, T751i, T755WHO, R751WO; 5 years for T855iSH (manual 2028); R250W: on quotation.
Pro1 (Pro1 IAQ, Inc.) is the manufacturer. PROsync is the name of its wireless system: T755WHO thermostat, equipment module, R751WO remotes and R250W sensor. The T701i, T721i, T751i and T855iSH are Pro1 Wi-Fi thermostats.
Can a Pro1 thermostat control my electric baseboards?
No. These are low-voltage thermostats (18 to 30 VAC) for furnaces, air conditioners and central heat pumps. For baseboards, see the thermostat collection.
Does the T755WHO have Wi-Fi?
No. The T755WHO talks over 916 MHz radio to its module and remotes; it does not connect to the PRO1 Connect app.
Do the R751WO and R250W sensors work with the T855iSH?
No. They are part of the PROsync system and pair with the T755WHO. The T855iSH uses wired R251S and R250S sensors (on quotation).
Do I need a C wire?
Yes for the four Wi-Fi models (24 V, 500 mA per the manuals). The T755WHO can run on 2 AA batteries; its module is powered at the equipment.
Which model for a central heat pump?
T721i for a single-stage compressor with backup, T751i up to 4H/2C, T855iSH up to 5H/3C, T755WHO up to 4H/2C wireless. The T701i is not meant for a heat pump (manual 2251).
Does the R250W sensor make me eligible for rate DT?
No. On rate DT, the outdoor sensor is supplied and installed by Hydro-Québec and tied to the switching device. The R250W serves the T755WHO’s balance point.
Do Pro1 thermostats qualify for LogisVert?
No. The LogisVert guide (v1.10, Sept. 15, 2026) has no measure for thermostats.
Who offers Énergir’s $100?
Énergir, for its customers heated with natural gas through a central system, on the models in its PEE-104 list: T701i, T721i, T751i and T855iSH. Apply within 30 days of purchase.
Are Pro1 thermostats compatible with Hilo?
Not according to Hilo: its compatible-device list names Honeywell Home, Mysa and Sinopé, not Pro1 (checked October 14, 2026).
Does the T855iSH control a humidifier?
Yes. It has humidify and dehumidify outputs and can adjust humidity to the outdoor temperature. The T755WHO also has H and D terminals.
Is the PRO1 Connect app in French?
Pro1 presents it in English, and its manuals exist in English and Spanish only.
