The name says 15,000 BTU: that's the unit's size class. Trane publishes 14,700 BTU/h at 230 V, and 14,400 at 208 V, the supply in many buildings. Better to read it here than on the spec sheet after installation.

The "H" in PTEG1501HAA means a heater of up to 5.0 kW: 5,000 W at 230 V, 4,090 W at 208 V. It heats the room all winter. The size installed (2.5, 3.5 or 5.0 kW) follows the power cord and the circuit.
