The thermometer

Certified heating capacities (NEEP) at −8 °C, at −15 °C and at the coldest certified point, from each product page. The COP tells you how many kWh of heat you get for 1 kWh of electricity: a baseboard gives 1.

The VIREO+ R410A ran on R410A. Today’s GREE wall units run on R-32.

The global warming potential (GWP) compares a refrigerant with CO₂ if it leaks: CO₂ = 1. R‑410A is a 50/50 blend of HFC-32 and HFC-125.
