  • ENERGY STAR : 4435273 Canada Inc. is the registered partner for the WILLIS combinations.
  • Series: “HEATFINITY” and “ULTIMA” are the names on the AHRI and ENERGY STAR records.
  • Wi-Fi : advertised as included; the manual describes a Wi-Fi module and the EWPE SMART app.
  • Tools: WILLIS publishes an error-code diagnostic tool (“Dr. Willis”) and a contractor program (“Willis Pro”).

What we do not claim

  • The original factory: WILLIS names it in no certificate, so we do not write it.
  • A dealer tier: no WILLIS document publishes one.
  • Output below -15 °C: none is published, even though the unit heats down to -30 °C.
  • 24,000 BTU in cooling: the 24,000 units are certified at 22,000 BTU/h in cooling.
