A triple-zone heat pump designed for Quebec: efficient, quiet and of Canadian quality
The perfect solution for uncompromising multi-room comfort: Zephyr TripleZone 24,000 BTU
At AirGreen , we know that the comfort of a Montreal home depends on an HVAC system that can adapt to the extreme conditions of our climate, while meeting performance, quietness, and energy efficiency requirements. That's why we chose to integrate the Zephyr R-454B TripleZone Heat Pump | 24,000 BTU Compressor into our lineup. This model is not just a product: it's a technical response to concrete needs, designed according to our standards and rigorously respecting Canadian quality standards.
Multi-zone technology adapted to local realities
The TripleZone Zephyr allows you to manage three separate zones from a single outdoor compressor. It is compatible with several wall-mounted head configurations, including the ZE09CB25I, ZE12CB25I, ZE18CB25I and ZE24CB25I models , allowing optimal adaptation according to room volumes and building orientation.
Each zone benefits from precise control, reducing energy waste while ensuring tailored thermal comfort . Individual temperature adjustment in each room is essential in multi-story or complex-plan dwellings, as is often found in Longueuil, Laval or on the South Shore .
Energy efficiency and respect for the environment
The R-454B refrigerant used in this model is a responsible choice. It offers excellent performance while reducing environmental impact, with a significantly lower global warming potential (GWP) than traditional refrigerants. Combined with a performance of 23 SEER2 , 12.85 EER2 and 10.0 HSPF2 , the Zephyr model is among the best triple-zone heat pumps in terms of energy efficiency.
This efficiency is ENERGY STAR® certified , including in cold climates ( -25°C in heating), which is crucial for the harsh winters of Montreal or the North Shore .
Exceptional acoustic performance: silence guaranteed
With an outdoor noise level of only 59 dB(A) , the TripleZone Zephyr is one of the quietest heat pumps in its class . This factor is essential for customers living in dense residential areas such as Villeray, Verdun or Boucherville , where noise pollution can become a neighborhood issue.
The indoor units, too, are designed for discreet operation, promoting daily use without interruption or hearing discomfort, even in bedrooms or home offices.

What people ask us about multi-zone systems.
Can I heat one room and cool another at the same time?
No. On a multi-zone system like this one, every head works in the same mode, heating or cooling. Each room still keeps its own set temperature.
What happens when every room calls for heat?
They share the outdoor unit’s capacity: 17,600 BTU/h at −8 °C, 27,000 at −15 °C.
How many heads can I connect?
Up to 3 on this outdoor unit. This product is configured for 3 heads.
Can I mix head sizes?
Yes. The “Zones” menu offers 2 combinations, from 9+9+9 to 9+9+12 (in thousands of BTU). Each head is sized for its room.
How much is the LogisVert grant?
$2,112 according to Hydro-Québec’s list of October 1, 2026. The grant never exceeds 100 % of the cost before taxes; apply within 9 months of installation.
Is it ENERGY STAR certified?
Yes, cold climate, ID 3893666. It also meets the ENERGY STAR Most Efficient criteria, according to the ENERGY STAR database.
Down to what temperature does it heat?
Down to −25 °C.
Is it noisy?
Outdoors, 59 dB(A): we place the unit away from bedroom windows.
Why a multi-zone instead of several wall units?
One outdoor unit on the wall and one circuit. In return, the rooms share the capacity, and if the outdoor unit stops, every zone stops.
What does the warranty cover?
Our sheet lists 10 years on the compressor and 10 years on parts; labour is not included by the manufacturer. AirGreen extended warranty: possible.
