Intervention: deep cleaning and targeted replacement

  • Complete disassembly of the ventilation motor and cleaning of the bearings with compressed air;

  • Replaced the blower motor with an original Fujitsu model to ensure compatibility and longevity;

  • High-pressure cleaning of the evaporator coil with a biodegradable product designed for residential HVAC systems;

  • Renewal of electrical connections using new insulated terminals;

  • Reinstallation of the refrigeration line insulation , to prevent heat loss and future condensation.

Once everything was reassembled, we tested the air conditioner over several complete cycles. The airflow was once again powerful, and the outlet temperature indicated optimal performance .

Results: comfort restored and efficiency restored

Thanks to this intervention, the customer was able to regain consistent freshness in his home from day one. The Fujitsu wall-mounted air conditioner now operates quietly, with reduced energy consumption and smooth condensate drainage .
