The customer contacted us after noticing that their unit was no longer blowing cold air, despite a normal display on the control panel. We then performed a continuity test on the wires connecting the control module to the turbine. The result: the ECM motor was still working, but the electronic board was faulty.
Intervention: card replacement and recalibration
A genuine Trane control board was ordered and installed the same day, using our local stock. After the replacement, we performed:

a complete system reboot to check the operating sequence,

a check of the air flow at the outlet of the vents,

a control of static pressure in the ducts,

and a temperature balance test between the main parts.
Everything is back to normal, with stable and quiet performance.
