  3. Replacement of the main relay and complete cleaning of the connectors.

  4. Checking the continuity of the communication cable connecting the units (no breaks detected).

  5. Restart and calibrate the system after powering up.

In less than 20 minutes, the outdoor compressor restarted normally , and the indoor air temperature gradually rose from 19°C to 39°C.

Prevention and tips for sustainability

Before concluding the intervention, our technician took the time to share some simple but essential recommendations with the client:

  • Clean the internal filters at least once a month.

  • Avoid turning off the power supply in winter , as the system regularly performs defrost cycles.
