To follow up on a LogisVert heat pump application in 2026, everything is done directly in your participation profile on logisvert.ca .

Access to tracking in the portal

  • Visit logisvert.ca to create or access your profile .

  • From this profile, you can view your application for financial assistance (per dwelling) and its progress .

  • Please note that any request sent by email or post will not be processed: follow-up is therefore done only via the portal.

What you will see during treatment

  • If the application is incomplete or inadmissible , Hydro-Québec will inform you by email or telephone within approximately 20 business days of receipt.

  • Hydro-Québec may also contact you for a compliance check (visit or request for additional documents).

Deadlines and notifications to monitor

  • The processing time is 10 to 12 weeks , calculated from the receipt of a complete application .

  • After confirmation of eligibility, a notification inviting you to view your profile may be sent to you by email (especially if information such as SSN , NEQ or QST is required for the RL-27).

After acceptance and payment

  • Once the application is deemed admissible and complete, the payment process begins.

  • Within 6 months of your request, you must also ensure that access to the dwelling is allowed if Hydro-Québec needs to verify on site that the measures have been put in place.
