Incomplete application: what documents are often missing from LogisVert? (2026)

A LogisVert application is considered incomplete as soon as a required document is missing or a document (invoice, photo) does not contain all the required information.

Documents to attach (depending on your measurement)
The required supporting documents depend on the specific measure (heat pump, insulation, stove, etc.). In all cases, please ensure that you have uploaded all the necessary documents for your measure to the logisvert.ca portal.

Invoices: fields to check first
An invoice may be "present," but it can render the application incomplete if required fields are missing. Depending on the measure, ensure you have the following information:

  • Invoice number and date + installation date (if applicable)

  • Client name + address of work/installation

  • Company name + GST/QST numbers + RBQ license number (if work is required)

  • Clear description of the product and eligible work (if applicable)

  • For a heat pump: AHRI or ENERGY STAR® number

  • The cost (purchase and/or work)
    And most importantly: the information on the invoices must demonstrate that they have been paid.

Photos and technical information
Some applications require specific photos, and a missing or unusable photo can render the application incomplete. Common examples to verify:

  • Heat pump: clear photo of the outdoor unit's rating plate showing the ENERGY STAR® symbol and indicating the model number and serial number (one photo per model)

  • Induction cooker / heat pump dryer: clear photo of the installed appliance

  • Pool pump: clear photo of the serial number + clear photo of the motor's nameplate

Statement 27: Identifiers required in certain cases
If financial assistance is received for the operation of a business or property, Hydro-Québec may require one of the following pieces of information to issue the RL-27 slip: NEQ , QST , or SSN . For the SSN , secure transmission instructions are sent by email.

Deadlines, filing and tracking

  • Submission: online only at logisvert.ca (email or mail = not processed)

  • Notice of incompleteness: approximately 20 business days following receipt

  • Processing time: 10 to 12 weeks from the date of a complete application (an incomplete application may take longer than 12 weeks)

  • Deadline: application must be submitted no later than 9 months after the date the measure was implemented (or the first measure if a grouping was involved).

  • Verification: Hydro-Québec may request access to the dwelling within 6 months of the application
