If the company's GST and QST numbers do not appear on the invoice, the LogisVert application may be deemed incomplete (and may therefore be delayed or declared inadmissible if the required information is not provided).
Eligibility
To be processed, an application must meet all requirements, including the presence of the requested information on the supporting documents. Hydro-Québec may refuse an application if it does not meet the program requirements.
Documents to be provided
For a heat pump, proof of purchase and installation must include an invoice that shows, in particular:
-
the company's GST and QST numbers ;
-
the company's RBQ license number;
-
the description of the product and eligible work;
-
an AHRI or ENERGY STAR® number, as well as other requested information (dates, name, address, cost).
(Similar GST / QST requirements also exist for other program measures when an invoice is required.)
Application deadlines and submission
-
The application must be submitted online at logisvert.ca (email or mail: not processed).
-
Hydro-Québec will inform you if the file is incomplete or inadmissible within approximately ~ 20 business days of receipt.
-
The processing time is 10 to 12 weeks from receipt of a complete application.
-
The application must be submitted no later than 9 months after the date of implementation of the measure (or the first measure if you are grouping).
What to do if the numbers are missing
-
Ask the company to issue a corrected invoice (or a new invoice) where its GST and QST numbers clearly appear, then upload this version to your file on logisvert.ca .
-
If Hydro-Québec requests additional information or documents, provide them as soon as possible to complete the file.
