For the "efficient heat pump" measure, proof of purchase and installation requires an electronic copy of the invoice(s), and these must include the RBQ license number of the company that performed the installation work.

Work and requirements for the company
The work must involve the installation of an ENERGY STAR® certified heat pump (for installations starting November 26, 2025). The company must be registered with the Quebec Enterprise Registrar, hold the appropriate RBQ licenses (depending on the work), and be a member of the corporation for its sector of activity.
Filing and deadlines (if any information is missing)
The application is made exclusively online at logisvert.ca and must be submitted no later than 9 months after the date the measure was put into effect.
If your application is incomplete or ineligible, Hydro-Québec will notify you within approximately 20 business days of receipt. The advertised processing time is 10 to 12 weeks from the date of a complete application, and Hydro-Québec may request additional documents.
