For LogisVert , Hydro-Québec accepts either : the property tax statement (municipal tax bill) or the first page of the deed of sale (title deed).
Documents to be provided

Electronic copy of the property tax statement (municipal tax account) OR electronic copy of the first page of the deed of sale (title deed).

If you are a member of an Indigenous community: copy of the electricity bill in the name of the person making the application or copy of the letter of confirmation of ownership signed by a representative of the band council.

Also include the required documents for your measurement (e.g. invoices), ensuring that the invoice information demonstrates that they have been paid.
Recipient of financial assistance
If you are a homeowner, make sure that the first and last name appearing on the bills are among those listed on your proof of ownership: financial assistance is only paid to the person who owns the eligible dwelling.
If you are a tenant, the first name, last name and address on the bills must match those entered on the application for financial assistance.
Application submission
Applications must be submitted online through your profile on logisvert.ca . Any application submitted by email or mail will not be processed.
Deadlines and checks

The request must be submitted no later than 9 months after the date of implementation of the measure (if several measures are grouped together: the deadline is calculated from the first measure).

If the application is incomplete or inadmissible, Hydro-Québec will inform you within approximately 20 business days of receipt.

The processing time is 10 to 12 weeks from receipt of a complete application; Hydro-Québec may also request additional documents and access the dwelling within 6 months of the application.
