Deadlines and starting point of the 9-month period
The application for financial assistance must be submitted to Hydro-Québec no later than 9 months after the date the measure was put in place.
If you group several measures into a single application, the 9-month period is calculated from the date of implementation of the first measure.
Where to confirm the “installation date” for a heat pump
For a heat pump, the key element to identify is the installation date (required in the documents).

Application submission and processing times
Applications must be submitted online only via logisvert.ca (any application submitted by email or mail will not be processed).
Time frame benchmarks:

notification if the application is incomplete or inadmissible: ~ 20 working days following receipt;

Processing time: 10 to 12 weeks from receipt of a complete application;

An incomplete application can result in delays exceeding 12 weeks .
Verification and access to the dwelling
Hydro-Québec may request a site visit or additional documents to confirm compliance. You must allow access to the property (if necessary) within 6 months of the request. If your address changes, notify support at 1-833-396-1888 .
