Yes. For an efficient heat pump in LogisVert , the invoice(s) must include an AHRI or ENERGY STAR® number (and the information must demonstrate that the invoice has been paid).
Eligibility

If the heat pump is installed on or after November 26, 2025 , it must be ENERGY STAR® certified.

If the installation is before November 26, 2025 , the treatment is carried out according to the list of devices in force at the time of installation.
What to check on the invoice
For the "Efficient heat pump (including very high efficiency)" measure, the invoice copy (purchase + installation) must indicate:

invoice number and date

installation date
-
Client name + installation address
-
company name
-
GST and QST numbers
-
company's RBQ license number
-
Product description and eligible work
-
AHRI or ENERGY STAR® number
-
cost of the work
And most importantly: the information on the invoice must demonstrate that it has been paid.
Documents to be provided
In addition to the invoice, the application also requires a photo:

Clear photo of the outdoor unit's rating plate showing the ENERGY STAR® symbol and indicating the model number and serial number (one photo per model).
Special case: ultra-high efficiency heat pump
If your application relates to the measure "Very high efficiency heat pump and caulking work" (withdrawn on August 25, 2025 , but eligible if the work was carried out before that date), the heat pump invoice must indicate an AHRI number.
Application deadlines and submission

Mandatory online submission at logisvert.ca (applications by email or post will not be processed).

The request must be submitted no later than 9 months after the implementation of the measure (or the first measure if you are grouping).

If the application is incomplete or inadmissible, notification will be given within approximately 20 working days.

Processing time: 10 to 12 weeks (from a complete application).
