Symptoms reported by the customer

The client described three clear clues to us:

  • Intermittent dripping/water flow , especially after long periods of heating (and sometimes defrosting).

  • Very low ceiling clearance : this is aesthetic and common in condos, but it requires serious maintenance (and impeccable drainage).

  • Right-side side outlet : typical for hiding connections in the wall; this can also concentrate drain bends on the same side, so this point is particularly monitored.
