FUJITSU ceiling cassettes: a grille in the ceiling, and nothing else.
Two R-32 formats. The compact (9,000 to 18,000 BTU/h) takes the place of a drop-ceiling tile and blows 4 ways. The circular (18,000 to 48,000 BTU/h) blows 360° in large rooms. All have a built-in drain pump.

The ACUH07, 09, 12 and 18KUAS compacts are on Fujitsu’s indoor-unit list for the Aquila multi-zones.
Circular: single zone only
The circular is not on the multi-zone list: it pairs with its own outdoor unit.
R-410A heads
The RLF cassettes and the 7,000 LUAS1 are R-410A multi-zone heads: they have no outdoor unit of their own, nor a LogisVert amount of their own.

Fujitsu measures 28 dB(A) at Quiet speed on the 18,000 BTU circular cassette and the 9,000 BTU compact, in a lab. On the Québec government’s scale, a low-voice conversation sits at 30 dBA.
In a home, yes for our R-32 cassettes of 12,000 BTU and up: they are ENERGY STAR cold climate, so 120 $ per 1,000 BTU/h at -8 °C, from 1,284 $ to 4,320 $. The 9,000 BTU models are under the 12,000 BTU/h minimum.
The base warranty is 5 years on parts and 7 years on the compressor. It goes to 10 years when the system is registered online within 60 days of installation, and to 12 years when it is also installed by a Fujitsu Elite contractor. Fujitsu’s product pages say "in a residence": for a business, we confirm coverage before the quote.
The compact (9,000 to 18,000 BTU) replaces one ceiling tile and blows 4 ways. The circular (18,000 to 48,000 BTU) blows 360° and suits large open rooms. At 18,000 BTU on the same outdoor unit, the circular is certified at 26.3 SEER2 and the compact at 21.9.
The compact one can: Fujitsu lists ACUH07, 09, 12 and 18KUAS as R-32 multi-zone indoor units. The circular cassette is not on that list.
