With two indoor heads , the photos required for LogisVert (heat pump) do not change: the key element is the nameplate of the outdoor unit .
Photos required

Efficient heat pump (ENERGY STAR® certified) : Clear photo of the outdoor unit's nameplate showing the ENERGY STAR® symbol and indicating the model number and serial number (one photo per model).

The guide does not require a photo of the inner heads for this measurement: the required photo is of the outer device .
What to check on the license plate (before taking a picture of it)

The ENERGY STAR® symbol must be visible in the photo.

The sign must be legible and clearly show:

the model number

the serial number

If there is more than one model of outdoor device, plan for one photo per model .
Documents to be provided (in addition to photos)

Proof of ownership : copy of the municipal tax bill or the first page of the deed of sale.

Proof of purchase and installation (invoice(s)): these must include the invoice number and date , the installation date , the name and address, the company name, the GST and QST numbers, the RBQ license number, the description of the product and work, an AHRI or ENERGY STAR® number, and the cost of the work.

The information on the invoices must demonstrate that they have been paid.
Filing and deadlines

Online submission only at logisvert.ca (applications by email or mail will not be processed).

The request must be submitted no later than 9 months after the implementation date (if you are grouping several measures, the deadline starts from the first measure).

If the application is incomplete or inadmissible, you will be notified approximately 20 working days after receipt.

The processing time is 10 to 12 weeks from the date of a complete application.

Hydro-Québec may request a compliance visit: you must allow access within 6 months of the request.
