For LogisVert , the photo of the outdoor device's nameplate must be clear and allow for clear identification of the eligible equipment.
What the photo should show (outdoor camera)

The ENERGY STAR® symbol (when required by the measurement).

The model number .

The serial number .

One photo per model (if you have multiple devices/models).
Case according to the LogisVert measure

Efficient heat pump (including very high efficiency) : the photo requested is a clear photo of the outdoor unit's nameplate showing the ENERGY STAR® symbol and indicating the model number and serial number (one photo per model).

High-efficiency heat pump and caulking work (measure withdrawn on August 25, 2025 , but admissible if work carried out before this date): the photo requested is a clear photo of the nameplate of the outdoor unit indicating the model number and serial number .
Other elements that must "match" the plate
Even if the question concerns the license plate, your application must also remain consistent with the required documents:

The invoice must include, among other things, the AHRI or ENERGY STAR® number, as well as company information (including RBQ and tax numbers).

If a detail is not legible in the photo (model/series), the request may become incomplete: retake the photo until everything is clearly visible.
Application submission and deadlines

The request must be submitted no later than 9 months after the date of implementation of the measure (and if several measures are grouped together, the deadline starts from the first).

If the application is incomplete or inadmissible, Hydro-Québec generally provides notification within approximately ~20 business days of receipt.

The stated processing time is 10 to 12 weeks from receipt of a complete application.
