Yes: for a multi-zone heat pump , you generally submit a single LogisVert application for the complete system (one outdoor unit + one or more indoor units) in a dwelling.
Principle of the demand
Applications for financial assistance must be submitted online at logisvert.ca by completing one form per eligible dwelling and attaching the required supporting documents. Applications submitted by email or mail will not be processed .
Multi-zone heat pump: how is it viewed
A multi-zone heat pump is one where the complete system includes an outdoor unit and one or more indoor units (mini-split air-to-air heat pump). To qualify (especially if installed on or after November 26, 2025 ), the complete system must be new , ENERGY STAR® certified , and the outdoor unit must have a minimum rated capacity of 12,000 BTU/h (in cooling mode).
Documents to be provided
To ensure the application is processed without delay, make sure the evidence covers the entire system :

Purchase and installation invoice(s): must demonstrate that the invoice is paid , and include the AHRI or ENERGY STAR® number, as well as the RBQ license number and the company's QST (and GST) numbers.

Photo: Clear photo of the outdoor unit's rating plate showing the ENERGY STAR® symbol and indicating the model number and serial number (one photo per model).

If required for statement 27: provide one of the following information: NEQ , QST or SSN (the SSN is transmitted securely according to Hydro-Québec's instructions).
Application deadlines and submission

You must submit the request no later than 9 months after the date the measure was put into effect.

If your application is incomplete or ineligible, Hydro-Québec will inform you within approximately 20 business days of receipt.

The processing time is 10 to 12 weeks from receipt of a complete application.

Hydro-Québec may request access to the dwelling within 6 months of the request (compliance visit).
