02 · 115 V or 208-230 V

No 240 V line at the panel? There’s still the 115 V wall unit.

In some condos and apartments, the electrical panel has no free 208-230 V circuit left. The Ameristar 115 V wall unit runs on 115 V instead of 208-230 V, in 9,000 or 12,000 BTU/h. The rest of the lineup needs 208-230 V.

Same size, two wall units: choose based on cold-weather performance and efficiency.

The 23 Series heats down to -30 °C and keeps a SEER2 of 23 in every size. The 17 Series is the entry-level wall unit: its spec sheet doesn’t publish a minimum heating temperature. Choose a size.

An Ameristar central heat pump, paired with its air handler.

The A5HP5 (R-454B) pairs with an A5AHV air handler connected to your ductwork. Seven sizes, from 1.5 to 5 tons. Hydro-Québec lists some pairings with their accessories (“+TDR+TSTAT”): where our AHRI number matches, we show the amount; otherwise, it’s on quotation.

10 years on all parts, on one condition: register within 60 days.

It’s written in the Ameristar limited warranty: without registration, the base warranty covers parts for 5 years. Registered on ameristarhvac.com within 60 days of installation, it extends to 10 years. The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover labour.
