GENERAL AIRSTAGE UTZ-VXAA Fresh Air Intake Kit for Compact Cassette

With the GENERAL AIRSTAGE UTZ-VXAA fresh air intake kit, an AIRSTAGE compact cassette can take a fresh air duct. Sold under the GENERAL name or as Fujitsu AIRSTAGE, it is the same kit. The manufacturer named it the “Fresh Air Intake Kit for compact cassette type”. The name change dates from January 1, 2026: on that day, Fujitsu General Limited became GENERAL Inc., with the same factories and the same model numbers.

Because the former name is being phased out gradually, we also display the same part under the Fujitsu AIRSTAGE brand; as an authorized GENERAL and Fujitsu AIRSTAGE dealer, AirGreen offers both.

Fresh outdoor air without a separate grille

Some ventilation plans for offices or stores require outdoor air to be brought right into the conditioned room. Instead of adding a separate grille, the UTZ-VXAA kit is used: it offers a connection point on the cassette designed by the manufacturer, and the unit then distributes that fresh air. Keep in mind that the cassette does not stand in for an air exchanger, and the building’s ventilation is designed separately.

What needs planning

Insulating the fresh air duct and connecting it as the cassette’s manual requires are part of the job. The UTZ-VXRA, a separate kit, is the one meant for the AUUH circular flow cassette. Your cassette’s model and the path the duct will follow are confirmed during our visit.
