Air can pass through the slab in either direction, and the drain pan is molded from a high-temperature polymer (450°F), UV resistant, with Microban. The refrigerant connections are 3/8 in for the liquid line and 7/8 in for the suction line.
Where it is used
This size is installed in large houses whose horizontal furnace serves several floors, but also in offices and small shops where the unit is placed in the ceiling to free up usable space. In every case, the coil does only part of the job: its performance depends on the outdoor unit and air handler it is matched with. Sold alone, it has no efficiency rating of its own and does not qualify for the LogisVert grant. ADP does not publish a matching list for this model, so we validate compatibility before ordering.
Planning access and support
