Quick facts
The Fantech EDF8 electronic display control is a multi-function wall control for compatible air exchangers. Its display shows the settings: you always know how your ventilation is set, without going downstairs to look at the unit.
A control you understand at a glance
With a control that has no display, it is hard to tell which mode the exchanger is running in, especially when several people adjust it. The display settles that question. It is a good choice as the main control for a new installation, or to replace an old control whose indicator lights no longer mean much.
EDF8 or EDF3
- EDF8: multi-function electronic control with display.
- EDF3: multi-function electronic control, without display.
Both control Fantech’s compatible air exchangers; the available functions depend on the model of unit connected.
Installation
Place the control at the same height as the other wall controls, in a central area, out of direct sunlight and away from air vents and the bathroom. Cut power to the exchanger before wiring and follow Fantech’s wiring diagram. Send us your exchanger’s model number first: we confirm compatibility before ordering.
