The Fantech Eco-Feel Auto IAQ wall control serves as the main control for a compatible air exchanger. As the name says, it offers an automatic mode that adjusts ventilation based on indoor air quality (IAQ). It belongs to the Eco-Feel line, separate from the same manufacturer’s Eco-Touch line.
Ventilation set once, then forgotten
Most people set their air exchanger at installation and never touch it again. The result: too little ventilation when the house is full, too much when it is empty. With an automatic mode, ventilation follows the air quality instead of a setting forgotten years ago.

Yes. Wall timers switch to high speed for 20, 40 or 60 minutes after a shower, depending on the model and the unit.
