GENERAL AIRSTAGE AUUH Circular Flow Cassette Grille – UTG-LCGVCW (White)

The white face of AIRSTAGE AUUH circular flow cassettes, whether they carry the GENERAL or the Fujitsu name, the GENERAL AIRSTAGE UTG-LCGVCW grille is the only part of the unit you can see in the room, since the indoor unit is hidden above the ceiling. Fujitsu General Limited became GENERAL Inc. on January 1, 2026, after passing to Paloma Rheem Holdings, and this GENERAL grille is the same part as the Fujitsu AIRSTAGE-branded UTG-LCGVCW, made in the same factories. It is sold separately from the cassette. All the air the cassette draws in and sends back out travels through this grille.

The finish for the large AUUH cassettes

On the submittal sheets for the R-32 AUUH…KUAS cassettes, a family that spans 18,000 to 48,000 BTU, or 1.5 to 4 tons, this is the grille the manufacturer specifies. These cassettes are often found in shops, offices and large open areas, wherever people want a heat pump that goes unnoticed, with no unit hanging on the wall. On the ceiling side, plan for 840 × 840 mm for the indoor unit.

White or black: two separate part numbers

With part number UTG-LCGVCW, the grille shown here is white. For a dark ceiling or an industrial look, the manufacturer provides a black version, the UTG-LCGVCB. The small ACUH compact cassette, for its part, does not take this grille: it uses the UTG-CCGFGA.

A well-fitted grille, installed by AirGreen
