GENERAL AIRSTAGE UTZ-KXRA High Humidity Insulation Kit for Circular Flow Cassette

As the original supplementary insulation for the AIRSTAGE AUUH circular flow cassette, the GENERAL AIRSTAGE UTZ-KXRA high humidity insulation kit is used when the ceiling space is very humid. The GENERAL version and the Fujitsu AIRSTAGE version are exactly the same kit. On the spec sheet for its AUUH systems, the manufacturer calls it the “High Humidity Insulation Kit”. Since January 1, 2026, Fujitsu General Limited has operated under the company name GENERAL Inc.; factories, AIRSTAGE products and numbers have not changed.

GENERAL will gradually replace the Fujitsu brand; during the transition, the same kit is sold under both names, and its twin page presents the same part under the Fujitsu AIRSTAGE brand, identical in every way to the GENERAL version.

A ceiling space that builds up humidity

The circular flow cassette, from 18,000 to 48,000 BTU, is often found in stores, restaurants and large rooms. Once summer arrives, the ceiling space in some of these premises fills with hot, humid air. That is where the UTZ-KXRA kit comes in, topping up the unit’s original insulation. Elsewhere, in an ordinary room whose ceiling space stays dry, it is rarely needed.

Two kits, two cassettes

The manufacturer provides one high humidity kit per format: the UTZ-KXRA for the AUUH circular flow cassette, the UTZ-KXGC for the ACUH compact cassette. On site, the actual humidity of the room decides: we assess it and tell you plainly whether the kit is worth it.
